The Benefits of Crystals and Gemstones

I’ve always been drawn to crystals and gemstones. I was probably about 8 when I spent my pocket money in a gift shop on a piece of rose quartz and a piece of tiger’s eye. I still have them 25 years later. Lola Rose jewellery has long been a favourite of mine. I have a few pieces of her beautiful gemstone jewellery.

I’ve never given much thought into the properties of the gemstones, why I might be drawn to them, and what they might be doing for me. But a chat with my friend Becky, aka Cuddle Fairy, introduced me to the philosophy of crystals and gemstones. I had a chat with Becky about everything crystals and gemstones and the work she does…

How to Crystals and gemstones work?

Crystal therapy dates back to Egyptian times, and has been used to treat various ailments holistically. The belief behind crystal therapy is that individual stones such as amethyst, rose quartz and jade have the ability to communicate with the energy flow of the human body and enhance our natural healing energies. This can be physical, emotional or spiritual healing. The stones can be worn as jewellery, carried on your person, or placed under your pillow. Crystals are reported to have different effects on the user, such as promoting calmness or providing protection. Each crystal is said to have its own vibration that interacts with the user’s energy. For example, green tourmaline stone is considered calming, while black tourmaline is said to provide protection

Crystals naturally have an abundance of uplifting, protecting, grounding and energising properties within them that they share with those around them. You can feel a tangible shift when wearing gemstone jewellery or by having crystals around your house or workspace. Different crystals have different helpful properties within them that they radiate out.

Each crystal has its own unique frequency. And because we are all energy, when we share our energetic space with a crystal, the frequency from the crystal enhances our energetic field bringing us calm, stability, protection, and raising our vibration.

I channel the high frequency, angelic energies that I work with to deliver my sessions into crystals and gemstones. This creates a unique energy which is uplifting, protective, grounding and supportive of your personal growth. This adds to the already powerful properties the crystal holds naturally.

What led you to crystals?

During my awakening process, I overcame a lot of fears and learned a lot about what it takes to become self-empowered and sovereign. I’ve learned how to work through limiting beliefs, emotions and my mindset. I self reflect and take ownership of my life and my beliefs. I started making tangible, positive changes by stepping out of the suffering mindset and into the fullness of my intuition and ability to manifest.

With that, I felt drawn to help others, by supporting them in their personal growth. I do this through providing guidance services and creating energetic crystal products to support their energetic journies. 

How have crystals benefited you personally?

I adore my crystals and deeply feel their energy enhance my frequency when I wear my jewellery. And I feel the benefits of having crystals around my house, they change the vibration for the better.

Crystals amplify positive energies, heal, protect, and assist me with manifesting and raising my vibrations. Owning and wearing crystals have been a great benefit to my personal growth as they have provided me with great protection and frequency assistance. As well as the many crystals I have around my home, on windows and on the crystal grids around my house and land.

Some of my favourite protective crystals include shungite, obsidian, tiger’s eye and amethyst. For enhancing positive and loving vibes, I adore kunzite, strawberry quartz and clear quartz. It’s very hard to choose favourites though as I love all crystals so much, each one has its own unique vibes and gifts to share.

My gemstone products are handmade by me in Ireland. I use the highest quality materials in my creations including Grade A, Natural Gemstones, Sterling Silver and premium beading wire or cord.

I infuse high-frequency angelic energy into all of the crystals and beads in my shop to create truly one-of-a-kind pieces that will support you on all levels.

What do you love about your work?

I truly feel honoured and very fulfilled when I work with clients on sessions or to create frequency crystals for them. And I adore working with crystal energy and it fills me with happiness. I feel that I am living my life purpose in working with the positive frequencies in crystals and with the Angels to deliver guidance and angelic frequencies.
