Welcome to the For The Love of Blog linky. Thanks so much to everyone who joined us last week. If you are here for the first time, welcome. If you are joining us again, it’s great to see you back. We would really appreciate your help in letting people know about the linky.
Who Are We?
The linky runs every week, from 6am Tuesday, until midnight on Friday. It’s open for everyone. You can link up any posts, old or new. Or if you wish, you can link up your blog and people can choose which post they would like to comment on.
For each post you link you will get guaranteed comments from 2 hosts. Plus each week the four hosts will pick their favourite posts and all of us will link back to those favourites, so you could get some back links for your domain authority.
The Rules of the Linky…
1 Add the Badge to the blog post you are linking (copy the code below and paste as html)
2 Comment on all of the hosts posts and one other (How many more you comment on after that is up to you)
3 Link a maximum of two posts
4 Use the hashtag #fortheloveofblog when you comment so people know where you are coming from.
If you can’t get the badge to work feel free to copy the image and use that with a link back to one of us. The badge code seems to work for Natalie, Talya and Nigel, but not for me!!! If anyone can help with code I would be grateful.
Instructions: Select all code above, copy it and paste it inside your blog post as HTML
Our Favourites From Last Week
Talya’s favourite: You Can Hide Things from The World by Where The Wild Things Are: I love how this approaches getting older in an honest and relatable way and how confidence in our body’s abilities diminish with age.
Natalie’s favourite: My favourite post this week was The Quest for the Insta Perfect Picture is Ruining My Holidays! by Mom of Two Little Girls. A very honest and amusing post which I can totally relate to!
Nigel’s favourite: This is Where it’s at post about the benefits of pets.
My favourite: My favourite was Wander and Luxe with her very beautiful tribute to a friend. It was a privilege to read.
This week I am linking up a post I wrote a long time ago, but it’s one of the ones I am most proud of, because of the messages I got from new mums telling me my post had made them feel better. It’s so nice when your words can make a difference.
