Welcome to the For The Love of Blog linky. Thanks so much to everyone who joined us last week. If you are here for the first time, welcome. If you are joining us again, it’s great to see you back. We would really appreciate your help in letting people know about the linky.
Who Are We?
What’s In It For You?
Joining up with linkies is a great way to get engagement on your posts, get to know other bloggers, and connect with people. For each post you link you will get guaranteed comments from 2 hosts. Plus each week the four hosts will pick their favourite posts and all of us will link back to those favourites, so you could get some back links for your domain authority. So really, why wouldn’t you join in!
The linky runs every week, from 6am Tuesday, until midnight on Friday. It’s open for everyone. You can link up any posts, old or new. Or if you wish, you can link up your blog and people can choose which post they would like to comment on.
1 Add the Badge to the blog post you are linking (copy the code below and paste as html)
2 Comment on all of the hosts posts and one other (How many more you comment on after that is up to you)
3 Link a maximum of two posts
4 Use the hashtag #fortheloveofblog when you comment so people know where you are coming from.
If you can’t get the badge to work feel free to copy the image and use that with a link back to one of us.
Instructions: Select all code above, copy it and paste it inside your blog post as HTML
Our Favourites From Last Week
Talya’s favourite was 48 Hours in Porto, Portgual with Kids by Wander and Luxe – I loved being transported on holiday to Porto amidst a visual feast of photos. I’m really missing the freedom and sense of adventure of travel right now so this post was a real tonic
Natalie’s favourite: “My favourite post was by Bryony at Bryony – Perfectly Imperfect with her post on Happy Mothers Day to all to mark American Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day can be bittersweet for so many people and she points this out beautifully in her post, along with some interesting facts about how Mother’s Day was born.”
Nigel’s favourite: “My favourite from last week is Nicole from Tales of Mamaville I totally related to this, the rise and fall of the homeschooling parent.“
My favourite was from Annette at 3 Little Buttons with her review of Elephants in the custard. With so many kids books on the market, it’s nice to get recommendations and I love the message in this book.
This week I am linking up a post with letterbox hamper gift ideas.
