I am not a fan of the current eyebrow trend. You know the one where you can’t stop staring at young girls eyebrows and wondering why they thought it was a good look. I don’t leave the house without doing my brows but I like them to look natural! I had been using Benefit Brow products, and whilst I really like the products I was looking at £40+ for my eyebrow kit. On a whim, I brought these two brow products from Rimmel. It’s a powder and a clear gel. I really love them and it lasts all day. They are by far the best eye brow products I have used and a bargain beauty find! The clear gel is £3.99 and the powder is £5.99. Yes that is over £5, but it was 3 for 2, so technically it balanced out!
I have dry skin and can only use cream foundations. Yet I always find without a finishing powder I end up leaving half my make-up on my phone! This translucent powder from Rimmel is the only powder I have found that doesn’t dry my skin. It’s £4.99.
I have tried every brand of nail varnish on the market including Chanel, and Nails Inc and nothing comes close to Rimmel 60 seconds. Rimmel are not sponsoring this months Five under £5, I promise! I always get compliments on my nails when wearing this brand. It lasts for ages and stays shiny. This is my favourite colour, coralicious. It’s a bargain at £2.99.
And finally a Mum essential, the dry shampoo. I love Soap & Glory products and this one smells gorgeous. It’s £4.00, and there’s nearly always 3 for 2 offers on Soap & Glory products!
So that’s my five under £5 beauty buys. What are your make-up bag essentials.
Check out this great Rimmel nail polish set from Amazon. This would make a great gift, or lots of gifts for several people! This is an affiliate link so helps fund my chocolate addiction!
