Hello.  Welcome to another Five Under £5.  October seemed to fly past in a blur of birthdays and weddings.  There was only one of each but that’s more than I can handle in a month!

The big one turned 7 and had a bowling party with a few friends, and the following weekend the husband and I partied at our friends wedding while the boys were looked after by my parents.  It was really nice to enjoy ourselves without responsibilities.  Although I’m still not sure I’ve recovered from the hangover!

On to this months bargains!

The white heart lights up!  there’s 20 LED’s inside which give a warm soft glow.  Perfect for cosy nights in.  This just came in under the £5 at £4.99 from B&M Stores.

November always makes me think of big cosy jumpers and hot chocolate.  So I had to buy this gorgeous marshmallow fireside scented candle whilst I was in B&M Stores. £2.99 and yummy!

We’ve just had a Flying Tiger store open up in my local shopping center, and It’s right up there with my favourite shops.  So many bargains.  I can’t resist a stationery purchase. This little book of posts its was £1.

The bracelet caught my eye in Essentials.  It’s a gorgeous colour and a really nice everyday accessory.  £4.99

And finally these little milk bottles were £1 for the pair in Poundland.  I’ve no idea what I’m going to do with them yet, but they were too cute to not buy!

I’m already really excited about next months Five Under £5.  So excited I will be doing two! One for Christmas decorations and one for stocking fillers.

What bargains have you picked up this month?

  1. I really need a trip to B&M pretty soon as the heart is gorgeous. I can imagine how lovely it is all lit up at night. I have never heard of Flying Tiger before but sounds like the type of store you could spend hours in (obviously with no kids). Love the milk bottles too and what a bargain x

  2. Hurray for doing two next month! 🙂 I did wonder about saying let’s do ten under five but that’s a bit of pressure!! I really love those milk bottles, I have a few and they are great for putting milkshakes in for the kids or displaying little flowers in. X
