After a long day of emails, deadlines, and (multiple) headaches, the drive-thru line can become pretty tempting. However, we need to be consuming healthy, nutrient-dense foods to support our immune system and keep us strong. So, before you leave for the day, pack yourself some nutritious snacks that are as tasty as they are colorful, and leave that fast-food joint in your rearview window.
